The SDCCD Online Learning Pathways is delighted to announce that we will be offering a series of virtual guest presentations and live synchronous webinars for an Open Education Resources (OER) Week. Please follow the registration instructions for information on how to connect to the virtual webinars.
SDCCD's OER Week will be kicking off on March 3th, 2025 at 12:00pm with akeynote from Flower Darby.
All SDCCD staff, faculty, and administration are invited to participate.

What is OER?
Open Educational Resources (OER) are high-quality teaching, learning, and research resources that reside in the public domain or have been released under an intellectual property license, such as a Creative Commons license, that permits their free use and repurposing by others, and may include other resources that are legally available and free of cost to students.

ADAPT – Open Homework Platform

Explore ADAPT, the OER homework system offered and supported by LibreText, which integrates with Canvas LMS. This workshop will guide you through creating a course in ADAPT to host homework activities and linking them to Canvas for seamless integration of graded assignments in your online courses. You'll learn how to create your own homework questions, upload QTI files with pre-made questions, or use interactive activities like H5P, MyOpenMath, and more!
